Assistant Principal Zhou Mi, with the theme of "Stabilizing the educational mission and planning the growth path", guided young teachers to clarify their career positioning and strengthen their professional ethics. Teaching is a profession that carries a mission. Good professional identity is the internal driving force for teachers to progress steadily and far. From the educational mission to professional belief, from growth planning to responsibility assumption, Assistant Principal Zhou hoped that everyone would adhere to the bottom line of education, cultivating the craftsmanship of teachers, using ideals and beliefs as a beacon, and working diligently on the educational path to achieve continuous professional growth.

Director Hu Sen focused on the improvement of teaching basic skills and teaching techniques with the theme of "From 'Standing on the Platform' to 'Stabilizing on the Platform'", covering aspects such as meticulous lesson preparation, efficient classroom organization, and diverse evaluation methods. Through vivid examples and practical teaching experience from the front line, he helped young teachers enhance their teaching basic skills. In the meantime, he encouraged young teachers to delve deeper into the classroom, constantly refine their teaching skills, improve their teaching abilities, and solidify their professional confidence, so as to truly achieve standing on the platform and delivering every class well.

Last but not the least, educating people requires wisdom, and managing affairs demands skill. The fourth module of the training session was presented by Director Xu Deqiao, who shared the wisdom of class management with the theme of "Being a Warm 'Guide'". To be concrete, from the construction of class routines, the cultivation of students' habits, to communication skills between home and school, Director Xu conveyed the concept of "strictness and kindness combined, caring for students with heart", teaching everyone to build harmonious teacher-student and family-school relationships with love, patience and wisdom. Accordingly, the training content was rich and full of practical value, combining theoretical depth with practical warmth, which effectively helped young teachers improve their class management and educational skills, thus building harmonious educational relationships.
